The charm loops are such a clever touch—I clipped a small keychain on one and a scarf on another, and it instantly felt more personal. The wide opening makes it easy to dig around without fumbling.
The zip pocket inside is deep enough to actually swallow my keys and phone, which I didn't expect from a bag this light. I've been clipping a little pouch to the swivel clasp and it swings just right when I walk, so the whole thing feels custom-made for my commute.
The four charm loops make it easy to switch up the look, and the swivel clasp is a nice touch I didn't expect to use this much. Interior space is generous with the zip pocket keeping things organized. Only wish the strap was a bit longer for shoulder carrying, but overall it does the job well.
