This thing is genuinely huge — I stretched out completely and still had room to spare for my bag and a friend’s towel. The cotton terry feels dense and plush, and it soaked up every drop of seawater without turning stiff. It's already my favorite beach day essential.
The cotton terry is noticeably soft and soaks up water fast after a dip, which I wasn't expecting from such a big towel. Took off one star only because it's a bit heavy to lug around when it's wet.
The cotton terry is thick enough that sand doesn’t punch through when you sit down, which is the whole reason I sized up to the giant version. It’s a touch heavy when it’s wet, but that’s the trade-off for drying off two people at once after a swim.
