Feel Better De-Stress -pretzelipallo

The squish on this thing is perfect for tense meetings, soft enough that I can knead it under the desk without anyone noticing. The pretzel shape gives my fingers something to grip instead of just a plain round ball, which honestly makes it more satisfying to squeeze.

Tossed this pretzel ball in my bag and now I squeeze it on the train instead of doomscrolling. The doughy softness is oddly satisfying, and it actually springs right back into shape.

I keep this on my desk and squeeze it during calls, and the soft squish gives my hands something to do instead of fidgeting. It's light enough to toss in my bag, so it comes with me to appointments too.
